30-Day Returns & Exchanges

If youā€™re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with the order.

Lifetime Replacement Guarantee

If your Pine & Paw leash ever breaks, fails, or lets you down during normal use, weā€™ll replace itā€”free of charge.

  • Photos of the failure

What Isnā€™t Covered

Our guarantee does not cover:

  • Damage caused by chewing or intentional misuse
  • Cosmetic wear that does not affect function
  • Loss or theft of the product
